PONTHIR SPORTS & Community CLUB

Ponthir Sports & Community Club is your local club with a great history and even greater ambitions.  Situated a the heart of the village next to the local junior school it offers sports (cricket, football, boules and darts) but also the best place for recreation in the area.  Leasing and managing the only publicly accessible green space (about 5 acres) between Cwmbran and Caerleon the club also runs a number of events each year which have proved to be extremely popular with locals and visitors alike.  With a Community Café, Italian lessons, Crib Team and Quiz nights the club is well patronised but there's room for more.  Got an idea?  Let us know.
